Often, children may need help with acquiring and developing skills needed for a better quality of life. aptitude behavioral services utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis and the concept of reinforcement to assist children with necessary skills. After an intake procedure, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst will assess your child and determine any deficits, and an aptitude behavioral services staff member will assist with creating a plan to help your child reach his/her goals. Skill sets may include following requests and complying with instructions, independently completing age-appropriate tasks (such as brushing teeth, getting dressed, toileting, feeding self, etc.), appropriately playing with toys, appropriately playing with peers, engaging in appropriate conversation, and attending to school work.
