A Behavior Technician:

• Works 1-on-1 with kids in the clinical and community environments.
• Teaches and facilitates exciting and necessary skills, like play, communication, and conversation.
• Uses Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Participates in an amazing team of other passionate therapists.
• Makes a difference in the lives of children.

Job Requirements:

• Physically able to work with children, including getting up and down from the floor, playing, and blocking behaviors.
• Upbeat, positive attitude.
• Great with organization and time management.
• Excellent communication.
• Ability to recount daily activities via written communication.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information, including following written plans and utilizing online systems of data collection.
